4. Purpose of the Website
The website of the African Compliance Authority (ACA) is intended to present the organisation, its missions, its standard-setting, compliance and governance activities; its standards, methodologies, reference frameworks and publications; its programmes, initiatives and partnerships; as well as certain information relating to associated brands and services, including AfrikScore™ and CERTIFIUS™.
The information published is of an institutional and informational nature and does not constitute contractual commitments.

The names, trademarks and distinctive signs African Compliance Authority (ACA), CERTIFIUS™ and AfrikScore™, as well as the standards AFRIKSCORE™ ARIS-2026 and CERTIFIUS™ CCCS-2026, constitute normative and institutional assets of the ACA.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, extraction, reuse or exploitation, in whole or in part, in any form whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of the ACA is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of its rights.
6. Scope of Information, Ratings and Certifications
The information available on this website, including data contained in the CERTIFIUS™ register, is provided for information purposes and may evolve as a result of updates, new data or changes in the status of files.
The African Compliance Authority (ACA) endeavours to ensure its accuracy and updating, without guaranteeing completeness or the absence of material or technical errors.
AfrikScore™ ratings, CERTIFIUS™ scores and CERTIFIUS™ certificates constitute normative tools for the assessment of compliance and risk, based on standards adopted by the ACA, in particular AFRIKSCORE™ ARIS-2026 v1.1 and CERTIFIUS™ CCCS-2026 v1.
They do not constitute property titles, notarial acts, or administrative or judicial decisions, and do not replace any public, judicial or professional authority.
Any decision taken by a third party (investor, purchaser, lender, institution, authority, etc.) on the basis of a score, rating or certificate is taken under its sole responsibility.
The ACA shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use, interpretation or reliance on such information.
The only authoritative source regarding the validity of a CERTIFIUS™ certificate is its active record in the CERTIFIUS™ public register, accessible via the URL and QR code appearing on the document.
